This is the book that has helped with intermittent fasting and extended fasting. The information in this book is amazing. Fasting and Keto are a great combination.
I have spent a lot of time researching protein powders and deciding which one I will be using as i begin my Vegan Keto journey. I take this protein powder with Milkadamia Milk. The milk adds some nice fats and mixes really well with the powder. I do the 1.5 scoops to maximize the protein. My plan is to drink one shake per day. After some brief research, I have changed my multi-vitamin to one that is MUCH easier to find and get delivered. I look for ingredients that I can read and understand what they are. Fasting can be a very controversial topic. I have fasted for 30 days with only water. I did not take any supplements. Over the years, I have success with intermittent and extended fasting.
