    One step, One Day, The journey to health

Do you have moments where your more likely to binge on fast food or junk? I would think we all have moments of weakness. Today is day 3 of my fast. Mentally knowing I was going to be stuck in my car all morning driving to downtown Phoenix and back home I was semi excited thinking about what I could grab to eat to devour on my drive. I could stop and get whatever I wanted, eat and dispose of the trash without anyone knowing. Mental willpower is crucial in any weight loss plan. Today I passed the test, next time who knows what will happen. Pass or fail you need to learn, adapt and move forward. If you cave to your cravings then try to minimize it as much as possible and learn from it. Always learn. Always move forward. One step, one day, the journey to health.
