Tomorrow my weight loss journey begins for the final time. My goal is to be in optimal physical and mental health by the time I am done with school. I will have gained the knowledge and experience to help others with their weight loss struggles. One day at a time, one step to the journey of health. Tomorrow I also start the Thrive experience. I will be posting updates frequently. Body pictures and scale shots posted on tik tok and Instagram stories. Now is the the time. There is no longer time to procrastinate any longer. So far I am enjoying the Thrive experience. Today I am working teleicu. Up at 4am and normally surviving all day on energy drinks and diet soda. I’m not a coffee drinker. Bang out Rockstar are my drinks of choice or diet Dr pepper. Between the water weight loss, the Thrive shake, or duo burn thrive patch, I feel great. Loving the results.
Weightloss and thrive has given me the energy to cut out energy drinks. New year no pop, no bangs , no Rockstar. Healthy choices. Healthy commitment. Up at 4am today and feel great.
Day 3 is under way. No feeling, need, desire to have an energy drink. Understanding how chemically processed fluids are ok to fuel your car but not ideal to fuel your body. Mind over body. Make the the most of every choice you make. Down 14 pounds over the weekend.
Day 4 is nearly complete. Still feeling great and loving the energy from Thrive and overall weight loss. I am basically having two meals a day. Carnivore keto. Not had any carbs this year. We went and filed up our water jugs tonight and it was interesting thinking about all the food choices, the desert options. I have also been a big person to snack or almost eat a whole meal right before bed. Mind over body. Control and fight the urges. For those seeing and reading my posts.
